We want to migrate the Windows NT 4.0 to windows 2000 ADS
with domain name change from old domain.We run the tool
and select to test now. We specify the Source and Target
domains and get an access denied (error code=5, domain
xxxxxxx)

Hi Vivek-

Did you create the necessary local group in your NT4 domain
(nt4domainname$$$)? Established 2 way trusts? Running ADMT as an admin of
both domains?
