My friend popped over one day an added a password for my email. Whatever she
played with now won't let me do anything. It always says that I need
admistrative privilages or Access is Denied. I am the main user on my
computer. How do I get rid of limited usage? TIA

First - ask your 'friend' what she did.
Second - log on as the user 'administrator' and change your access.
How you log on to that account depends on several factors - the first being:

What OS are you using?
Windows XP Home, Pro, Media Center, x64 or Tablet PC Edition?

My friend just said that she added a password. It worked fine before she
came over. We have XP Home edition. I can't even defragment or anything on
it right now.

Simply reboot into safe mode, log in as 'administrator' (likely with no
password) and go into control panel and make sure your user (under user
accounts) is a member of the administrators group.

thanks......I have it working now.
