Using the quick swap with all accounts showing I notice that administrator
does not show whereas when i use the login/ password screen thete is no
problem. How do you log in to administrator on the quick swap screen?

You don't. If you need an account with Admin Privileges doing the "quick
swap", then create it. Although one work around would be to login as
"administrator" then "quick swap" to another account.
