Adminstrator Password

I have lost Adminstrator Password. I am now using my
computer with a user password. I am not able to update
Antivirus Software and scan for viruses being received
through e-mail & web sites etc. Kindly guide how to create
a new Adminstrator Password.

I am afraid hes right..once you lose adminprivigles you are screwd...you need to reinstall..or if a user you ahve created...example..a special backup!?? hmm that might be your lucky user to be able to reinstall your stuff..but again your admin account will be forever unknown...so i suggest wipeing out after you back up your stuff...do whatever it takes..like take your hd out and plug it in as a slave on another computer and back up the ghettto way..then ya know what to do
 
Try a search for "administrator password" on Yahoo or Google, you'll find
softwares that claim to do the job.
