I use a XP workstation and decided to install the adminpak from the 2000
server CD. It would not work correctly and I uninstalled it and installed
the adminpak from server 2003. It seemed to work except there were a few
things I could not administer. When I returned to active directory in the
server I began getting a message that things were going to be truncated. I
found a fix for that from Microsoft and now my servers are ok when going into
active directory. But now on my 2000 workstations the secruity warning after
doing ctl-alt-delete is truncated still. All my XP workstations are fine. I
am now concerned that some of the changes I make in AD will not take affect
on my 2000 workstations. What should I do to correct this problem? Thank.
