Administrators vs. Domain Admins

Can someone explain to me what the difference is between
the Administrators builtin group in an AD Domain and the
Domain Admins group?
 
Scope of power, depending on your design. Picture giving
Administrators rights to manage their OU's, Domain Admins the rights to
ALL OU's, and Enterprise Admins the rights to several forests in the
enterprise.
