I passed my old pc running Win XP Home to a neighbour, she has 3 children.
They each have an account on the pc, the mum has the main account and is
signed in as administrator. She uses BT/Yahoo browser on the net.
She needs to upgrade Macromedia flash player, after downloading the program
it will not install because a message pops up telling her she does not have
administrive rights to load the program and to sign in as administrator.
Before passing the pc on, I removed all references to myself on the system,
at least I assume I have.
Have I missed something? Is there an answer to this problem please?
Best wishes
John
