The Administrator account is hidden and locked in XP Home. It is only the
user that you can see. how do i gain acces to the administrator?
 
By design.
Reboot to Safe Mode to access the default Administrator.
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select "Safe Mode" at the menu.
