ADMINISTRATOR SELECTION

Please HELP i am the only user on my computer now and when i try to activate internet security it tells me only an ADMINISTRATOR can do this !! How do i set myself up as THE administrator?

if xp machine and if there is only one account then that
account must be an admin. maybe your guest account is on
and been set to admin.?

I finally got it LASTNIGHT i had to recreate a second user as admin then reset MY admin settings and they ALL lived happilly everafter !!!

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and create another account with administrative
privileges, or modify one of the existing accounts.
