Can you be more specific abou the "logon with full rights" portion.
Unfortunately that is not enough information to be able to determine what
the issue is.
Are they receiving errors upon opening mmcs, running programs, etc. What
makes you believe that the user, if part of the Domain Admins group, is not
logging in as a member of that group.
