Administrator Rights!

I gave Administrator Rigts on a Local Computer (2000 Pro)
to a user, once user logs in and even though profile shows
user with ADMIN rights....user still have USER Rights
only!!!

What could be wrong??

What do you mean that "profile shows user with ADMIN rights"??

A quick reliable check for local admin rights is to right click on the
Start Menu. If you see Explore All Users (In *addition* to just
Explore), you have local admin rights.
