administrator question

Does anyone know why I keep getting a notice to change to the adminsitrator
mode when I am already in the administrator mode? This happens when I try
to go to some websites.

Some programs, i.e. Spybot, require you to choose 'Run as administrator'
with a right click on the program when trying to open it and in order for it
to work properly. Hence the notice.
