When I booted up my laptop it gave a message "Windows cannot load the user's
profile but has logged you on with the default profile settings†It created
a new profile called administrator.nsc-esi (computer name). Now certain
programs no longer work that was loaded under administrator. How can I
restore the original administrator account?

You probably can't because the profile is now corrupt, but you can follow
the steps in this article to replace the local administrator's profile.
