Administrator permission to change "write protected" photo CD

'Trying to correct <red eye> in picture from my photo CD; makes the change
but when I try to save changes, message says "can't save, write protected,
need permission from computer administrator". How do I get that? (I am the
administrator)

What program are you using to correct
the red-eye?

Did you try going to...File / Save As?
Assign a new name and save location?

Did you copy the file to your hard drive?
