Windows XP Professional:

I changed the administrator's password, and it seems it is not what I
thought I created.

What is the process to remove or change the password now?

Thanks,

Well I have been trying it; but I haven't quite figured it out as yet.

I have tried this service, and uploaded the appropriate file. I have to
wait up to 48 hrs. for a reply, but it seems very straight forward.
