administrator password

Hi,
I am trying to run a repair on windows XP professional/re-format my C drive
by booting from the CD but i have no idea what my administrator password is.
Is there some way i can find this out or reset it?
 
If you're logged on as an administrator level user, you can change the password by going to Control Panel, User Accounts.

Try this:

It's easier to use than it looks and I've had great results on a variety
of 2000/XP systems.
