Administrator Password

A former employee of ours changed the administrator
password on his computer. How can I determine what that
password is so we can get passed the Windows log on
screen. Help! Kay
 
If this is on a domain just login with a Domain Administrator account and
change the password. There are several posts in the win2000.general newsgoup
on how to reset your password if needed.
