Windows XP administrator password forgotten

Hi I forgot my laptops administrator password.Please help me in recovering the password again

Have you created a password reset disk? and can you just reformat windows?

dont know about reset disk

Hi i dont know anything about reset disk.i dont want to format my disk .i just want to regain my same original password which i have set for administrator login.
