I have three users on my computer; an administrator and two limited users. When I try to login as the administrator or one of the limited users, my computer reboots itself. I am able to logon as the least-used limited account, but I cannot access my outlook Express or perform any functions requiring administrator login.
Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks

Hi Kelsey,

If none of this helps, using the account you can use:

Go to Run and type 'control userpasswords2' (without the quotation
marks). Select the account you're using and click on properties.

Then go to the Tab 'groups,' tick 'others' and in the drop down menu
that appears, select 'Administrators.' OK your way out.

This should give your account administrative privileges.

Hope this helps.
