I am trying to log on as the Administrator from within my kids account and
cannot figure it out. My goal is to limit their acces to the internet while
keeping mine and my wifes unchanged. Can anyone help me out with this issue?

Reboot and when you get to the login screen, press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice. You'll be
able to put in the Administrator's username and password there.

To learn how to log into your account while your kids are using their
account, open the Help and Support Center and see the article entitled Fast
User Switching.

The best way to control your kids' access to the internet is with
third-party software. Internet Explorer does have this capability, but third
party software will have more features and flexibility. I'm not in a
position to recommend a program - my son is too young to use the internet on
his own - but I'm sure someone else will have recommendations.

But only if the OP is running XP Pro - which he didn't say AFAIK......
in Home Edition the only way to access the built-in administrator Account is
in Safe Mode AFAIK.....
