administrator has turned off "Task manager" How do I turn it on

I was using the internet when I wanted to close down an item not required. I
presed ctrl, alt, delets to get task manager to shut the programme down. I
received a message Administrator has closed down Task Manager.

Well... talk to the administrator.

You're posting in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for the database software
Microsoft Access, not for general windows questions (much less for personnel
dispute resolution).
