administrator files

I have been run xp in administrator mode for a while. now
I need to move everything i have done to my users account
like my favorites from internet and file can this be
done.thanks for any help

i think there are two ways of doing this

1. i think you can export favourites from IE (i dont know
as my IE is broken - i have to use mozilla)
2. on XP, when i deleted an account, it offered you the
ability to save all files in the 'my documents' folder to a
folder in C:
