Administrator File Permissions

Is there a utility to check to see if all the folders and files have Local
Administrators permissions? The top folder level has the Administrators
permissions. However, many of the subfolders do not have Administrators
permissions flow down. When I right-click on one of the subfolders, it said
Access Deny.

You would probably want to use cacls or xcacls to dump all of the ace's on
whatever folder/file you want.
