Administrator and Guess Account

HI All,

I have a small problem and i need all your help. I have installed a Window
XP Home on my computer. After the installed is done. I go to the comtrol
panel and set the Administrator account. Afther i have done that the on the
Guess Account everything is working fine.

But my Question, is that I want to stop everyone use the guess account from
acessing the Internet, Download game on he computer, delete file and folder
etc....

Does anyone have any idea now how I can do that.....

Do help me pls.........

The Guest account is not for when you are feeling hospitable. Make a new
user account and call it something like "Visitor" or the like. Make it
a limited user account. Since you have XP Home, you don't have the
fine-grained controls provided by the Group Policy Editor in Pro.
