When my computer was set up, I do not know if an administrator was
designated or if so, a password was set.

How can that be determined?

If an administrator WAS designated and a password set, how can I find out
who and what?
Can't get Windows updates without this info.

Thanks,
gogo

Administrator account will be created by default, and a blank password assigned. To view the list of user accounts in your system, open Command Prompt and type-in 'Net Users'. To get more information about an account, type Net Users <username>.

If a password for the Administrator account was already set, there is no way to find it out.
