Two things - what you removed was a USER account with administrator
rights. You CANNOT remove the in-built Administrator account.
Secondly, if you did not save the data files (I believe there is a
prompt to do this when deleting an account?) then unless you have access
to file recovery software, I think you will find that they are gone.

To log into the built-in Administrator account, in Home Edition boot
into Safe Mode. In Pro, at the welcome screen, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice.

If your copy of XP was pre-installed, then it is 99.99% probable that
the Administrator Password is blank.

You CANNOT remove the in built Administrator account. that is there for
such "emergencies" as this. What you have done is to delete a USER
account that had Administrator rights.

In Home Edition, boot into safe mode.
In Pro, at the welcome screen, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice. In either case,
log on as Administrator and create a new user with admin rights.
