By mistake I overwritten the admin acccount profile by other admin account in
a dual boot windows 2000 computer. This was happen when I tried to work
around by creating another profile to retrieve the administrator password of
the 1st boot windows 2000. So what happen all the files in My Document folder
was lost.

Question: What is the solution to resolve the problem?

Short-term solution: Restore your files from backup.
Long-term solution: Install your two OSs on different partitions.

I forgot to mentioned that I would like to restore all the files in My
Document folder in the 1st boot OS. How?

By re-installing the OSs in two different partition will solve the problem?

Another mistakes: the pc has no back up files.

If you use Google then you will find a large number of
undelete tools. However, I suspect that they will not work
in your case because the original files were overwritten
with new data.

It seems you broke three hard rules on your machine:
1. When multi-booting, always install each OS on its own partition.
2. Back up your important files regularly, e.g. every week.
3. Back up your important files before performing major
maintenance, e.g. installing a new OS.

You may have to treat this unfortunate event as a harsh
reminder not to break these rules.
