why is it telling me that i need administrative priviliges when i
download sites like kazaa and limewire. what's more how can i combat
that particular error message so that i can download.

Download your malware-laden, law-breaking software from an account with
Administrator permissions, or ask someone with Administrator permissions
to do it for you.

Omigod, good luck! Your computer's going to crash hard within the next
three months and will be very hard to recover.
