Administrative Windows Installer Packages Deployment

Hi,
How do you deploy msis so they will be installed by the local
administrator?
I am new to AD and so far I can only manage to get them installed in
the users (that the msi's were deployed to) context. This means in
some vendor supplied msi's some custom actions won't work. For these
msi's I want to install as admin. Any suggestions?
 
If you install applications on user part of GPO, then that software is
visible only to users to whom GPO apply. To apply the software for all users
on your computers (even local Admins), then assign this software to
computers part of GPO in organizational unit holding your computer accounts.
