Administrative Updates

Were can I find a SP(Service Pack or so) collection of all the past critical
patches that have been available at WindowsUpdate webpage, since I have 20+
PC in my network and it's time-consuming to be updating each computer by
internet, I would be happy if I could just download one file containing all
the past security updates, etc.. and use this file instead.

¿Does this file exists?
 
Microsoft supply for windows XP a SP1 or SP1 CD (Check on there website) to
see if this is what your looking for
