Administrative Tools Icons

Where can I find updated icons for the Administrative Tools included in XP
ie Services, Event Viewer etc.

Right click the shortcut | Properties | Change icon button

Event Viewer
%SystemRoot%\system32\els.dll

Services
%SystemRoot%\system32\filemgmt.dll

etc.

Thanks, but I am looking for new icons that look more like the new icons
introduced in XP. The Admin tools icons are the same as earlier versions of
Windows.

I have searched the web, and have never found any icons to replace the
standard ones.
