Administrative Tools File

I have deleted my entire administrative tools file in the
control panel under the performance and maintenance
section. How can I retrieve these files from the cab
files and reinstall them? Thanks for any help. Ron

I downloaded the msi.reg file and it added it to the
registry but I still do not get the tools to show up in
the control panel. What can I do now? Thanks. Ron
