Administrative templates are in wrong language.

Hello, after searching the internet high and low, I cannot figure out why my
security templates are in a mix of foreign languages. Any Ideas on how to
restore them to English would help me a lot. Thanks.

You can download .adm from Microsoft at the link below. It might help to try

Thanks for your help, my problems are solved. I unloaded the bad templates
and replaced them with the microsoft templates.
