Administrative Privileges

[DJExtreme]

Cerain software (KIS 6 Beta) I am trying to install gives me an error. Error
message: "You need admistrative privileges to install this prodect" There is
no way to run it as admin because there is no option.

Hi,

Right click the setup file, there should be an option to "run as
administrator" here.

It is an Windows installer (msi) and there is no "Run as Adminn".

 

[Guest]

It is easier to turn off UAC security, reboot and install, then turn the UAC
back on, and reboot when installing programs that require higher permissions.

Yep, and this is accessed on the tools tab of msconfig.
