Administration Priviledges? Word 2003

I moved a Word 2003 document to a different folder but now I am unable to
read it and I get the error >access denied no administration or privilege
rights<
anyone any idea?

I have not set any administration rights etc.

how do I lower the security? I guess this is an XP security issue?

HELP PLEASE!!!!
