Sorry I don't speak very well english.

I'm administrater of my account. But sometimes when I want to do something,
the computer say: use a administrater account and retry.

That is the problem. I'm an administrater but I dont have the all power in
the computer.

Can you help me please

Hi Valentin

One thing you need to understand about Vista is that things have changed. A
normal administrator account is like a dual purpose account. Normally, it
will run as a Standard User account. When it detects that you do need
administrator privileges, a UAC prompt will appear and ask you for
permission to elevate the function to administrator privileges. You can
either OK this request or deny it.

If you start a program or application that needs administrator privileges,
but it does not request elevation, you can simply right click the program
and select the Run As Administrator option from the menu. A program that
does not ask for permission is probably one that was not designed for Vista.

This seems to be a common problem and I hope you find the following solution
useful.
Step 1: Backup
Backup all your data, with Vista this is beautifully easy to do
Step 2: Turn user account control off
Start
Control Panel
User accounts
Add or remove accounts (you will be asked for permission, click on Continue)
Go to the main user accounts page (you will find this at the bottom of the
screen)
Turn user account control on or off (you will asked for permission again,
click on Continue)
Uncheck the bok
OK
Restart

Step 3: Make your changes

Step 4: Reinstate user account control permission (if you want to)
Follow the procedure in step 2 but this time you will not be asked for
permission.

I hope this works for you as it did for me. It may or may not be the
approved method and it took me some time to work it out - but it did work.

Regards
