administer XP pro from domain

I have 140 XPpro boxes and an NT4.0 domain. Is there anyway to grant
a group of domain users full access to a folder that already exists on
all the local C drives, without having to go to each box?

A script using PSEXEC and SETACL might work.

That NT 4.0 Domain should really be upgraded, don't you think? heh
