You do not want to delete the Administrator account.
Rename it, use a complex password (do not forget it) but do not remove it. It is you last line of defence in the event that you have a major issue.

How do I delete Administrator's account? Please help. I am using WinXP pro.

Greetings --

The built-in Administrator account cannot be deleted, nor is it a
good idea to even try. You can rename it, if you like.

I don't think XP will LET you delete it, will it?

Correct (I think), you should not be able to delete the "real"
Administrator account on a Windows XP machine.
If you can it is news to me - but I just cannot risk testing it right now
(all machines busy and cannot be down)
