What is "Admin workgroup" and just where did you "click on it"?

Rick is saying that your question doesn't make sense. You need to
rephrase it using terms that are defined by Access (eg. "workgroup
information file", "Admins group", etc.), not terms that you've made up
yourself ("Admin workgroup"??).

HTH,
TC

this is how 'clicked' on it:

tools, security, and then workgroup administrator

any help?

Yes...and then what did you do in that area? If all you did was create a new
Workgroup or join another Workgroup that would have no affect on how your file
would behave for other people you send it to.

David, as Rick says, it is still not clear what you are doing. Remember
that we don't know what you are doing, in any detail, unless you
actually tells us! Describe your problem as if you were telling someone
else exactly what to do, to reproduce your problem.

Example:
- I created a new database;
- Then I clicked Tools:Workgroup Administrator;
- then I did this;
- then I did that;
- then I did t'other;
- then Access said, "You may not perform this acion on Fridays".
What have I done wrong?
How can I fix it?

TC
