Does anyone know how to lock out a Administrator from my
PC ? Its ok if he does work on my computer but i would
like to be there when he does. I have a problem with him
snooping around in my Managment folders, but i cant catch
him doing it.

There is no effective way to lockout a computer from an administrator. You should
voice your concerns with a supervisor. Third party encryption may be a method to
secure a particular folder contents. Windows 2000 uses EFS file encryption, but due
to the requirement of a Recovery Agent it is hard to restrict administrators from
accessing those files also. If you look into encryption of folders, be sure to
thoroughly read the documentation of requirements of key management to insure
confidentiality and backup of keys to protect yourself from losing access. --- Steve
