admin rights not working in sp2

I am not able to enable adobe reader 6.0.2 to be used after installing sp2. I
have gone in 'manage add ons' but cant enable any of the disabled add ons.
The message 'administrator controlled' appears when i try. I am working in a
administrator account too? I have tried unistalling adobe reader and
reinstalling but this does not solve the problem.
Anyone have any ideas?
