What do you mean by "assign some users admin privileges"? Did you add them
to the local administrator's group?

: I installed Advance Server and have admin rights. I've also a assigned
some users admin privileges, but when they login they can't launch the
management console, some of the services, SQL Server, etc. Am I missing a
step here. Thanks.
