Admin rights for Windows Update Page

I cannot get windows update to run on a windows 2000
server with sp4. It keeps saying I need to have admin
privledges. I've logged in with a local admin account
and a domain admin account and it still gives me the same
error message. I had removed the windows update icon
from the start menu, so I don't have the option of
running it in the run as mode. Any ideas????

Check to make sure your zones are set to default under ie options | security

Some did need to be changed to default, but I'm still
getting the same message.
