Admin permission for Realplayer update?

I am unable to play ram audio clips from this site : www.redhotjazz.com

It always worked smoothly for the past 10 years going back to win95 , win98
, and earlier versions of Realplayer.

I am using the latest version -- Realplayer 11 and everything else I've
tried with it works fine.

Here's what happens ( in both firefox and Iexplorer ):

message1 : realplayer needs top dl new software to play this clip

I click "ok"

message2: you don't have the necessary permissions to enable AutoUpdate.
Please contact you sys admin.

I click "ok"

message3: currently AutoUpdate has no plugin avaiable to play your selection

I did this as the administrator. I tried "run as "administor" . I changed
the setting in UAC. Nothing changed these messages. Is there something I
don't understand about this "administrator" thing. It's hard to believe
that realplayer11 with all it's fancy doodads cannot play a ram audio file on
a site that I've been using smoothly for 10 years.

any ideas ? thanks

What does RealNetworks say about this? They should be in a much better
position to understand what they are doing here. =)
