Suggestions to fix AntiVirus 2009:
Download, install, run, update and perform a full scan (separately) with the
following two applications (freeware versions are the ones to use for this):

SuperAntiSpyware
http://www.superantispyware.com/

MalwareBytes
http://www.malwarebytes.com/

After performing a full scan with one and then the other and removing
whatever they both find completely, you may uninstall these products,
if you wish.

Hello jeepinjp:

Shenan probably would have liked to remind you to update your system
with service pack 3 and beyond. Please do all that Shenan has
recommended. Spot on...

Best wishes.

If you follow the links I gave you for the Lost Password - you should regain
access fairly easily.

Please - come back and let everyone know how things went, what you ended up
doing, what you found, etc...
