Admin Password

I do not remember my admin password to sign on to my computer. I have to use my step daughters limited access button. Help. How do I find out what my password is? I had it set up that I wouldn't need to use it, but when she signed on she did something and now when the computer signs on, it has her name on the screen and I cannot sign on as administrator now. What do I do to fix this ?
