Admin Password?

Over the last year I've done a few side computer jobs and have replaced
several computers in the process I've inherited two really good PC's with XP
Home. Finally last week I decided to put on in my shop but want to uninstall
almost everything on the PC except for XP Home. Since I don't have the
original CD's, but I also do not have Administrator rights on either of
these PC's is there anyway to get around the admin password without a
complete reinstall? Or reset the password? THIS IS AN HONEST QUESTION NOT A
TROLL or KID TRYING TO CRACK A COMPUTER.

Boot into safe mode and login with the built in administrator account.
Usually there is no password for it.

Otherwise see this:

Check this link out:

Most all admin p/w recovey utilities I have seen use Linux. This site has a
d/l to create a floppy and you should be able to change the password in about
a minute.

Good Luck,
