Admin Password Set...dammit!!!

I know my password...Its like a second skin but apparently since the time it took to set up my user admin account and the time to restart my computer I have forgot it..Or maybe it's some strange freaky thing that XP is doing to play with my head? does anyone know how I get back into to my admin account to fix this mess
