Admin password is null, Repair will not except nothing.

Hello, everyone that helped with my boot question was very appreciated. I
could not use the Repair option in Windows Setup because my client did not
remember his admin password. So, I dug up a program on the net that told me
there was no password, that it was null.

My challenge now is that in the Recovery Console, it will not except a null
value for the password.

Is this common? and is there something I can do?

Sincerely, Johnathon
