Ken,
This will work as long as there is an account on your
system with admin rights. Log into the user account(with
admin rights) and open a command prompt window. Type
net user administrator *
(If you renamed the administrator account use the new
name in place of administrator above.)
It should ask you for a new password. Type in whatever
password you want. Hit Enter and it should ask for
confirmation of password. Re-enter the same password one
more time and hit Enter. The password should be changed.
Now you can log in as Admin with the new password.
